Isallt is a cottage in Llanfair and can sleep four people in its two bedrooms. This Grade II 19th-century, detached stone barn consists of two bedrooms, a double and a twin, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom/utility a washing machine. The kitchen/diner hosts an electric double oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge and a dishwasher, whule the sitting room has a wall-mounted flat screen TV with DVD. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi are all included in the rent and outside you will find off-road parking for two cars and a shared tumble dryer. There is an enclosed lawned garden with hot tub, large front patio, bike storage and furniture. Sorry, this property is smoke-free, however one well-behaved pet is welcome. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are also provided and you can find a beach, shop, pub and restaurant within 1.2 miles. Isallt is a fantastic holiday home at any time of year. Note: This is a working livestock farm - dogs to be kept on leads at all times. Note: Please bring own beach towels

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
