It sleeps seven people in four bedrooms, two doubles, a single and a king-size double with an en-suite bathroom. There is also a family shower room, a cloakroom, a kitchen with a dining area, a utility and two sitting rooms, both with woodburning stoves. Outside there is an enclosed garden with a patio, a BBQ and furniture, as well as bike storage and ample off road parking. As the property is surrounded by open farming countryside, there are walks from the door, whilst the many attractions of southern Snowdonia are just waiting to be explored. Tyn Llwyn is a great base for discovering rural North Wales or for a break away in complete privacy.

Note: As the property is surrounded by fenced off open farming land, pets should be kept on a lead when outside. Note: There is a steep rough track leading up to the property, this may be difficult for some cars to access during poor weather conditions.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
