This picturesque shepherd's hut rests on the outskirts of Llanbedr, Gwynedd and can sleep two people in one bedroom. Moelfre - Shepherds Hut is a lovely, studio-style dwelling resting on the outskirts of Llanbedr, Gwynedd. Hosting one double bed along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to two guests. There is also an open-plan living space kitchen, dining rea and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking for one car, and a front garden with furniture, barbecue, fire pit and a log fired hot tub. The Owner supplies a generous amount of logs per night stay and extra may be purchased from the Owner. Moelfre - Shepherds Hut is perfect for romantic getaways or solo trips to the stunning coast and countryside of North Wales.

Underfloor heating and woodburning stove. Oven, two-ring hob, small under-counter fridge/freezer and Lavazza coffee machine. WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. Front garden with gravelled area, furniture, fire pit, barbecue and log fired hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Adults only, Note: The hot tub is wood-fired, the Owner supplies a generous amount of logs per night stay and extra may be purchased from the Owner. Note: Two pods for the LavAzza coffee machine will be provided

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
