The Ridgeway near Llanarth, Ceredigion, sleeps four in two bedrooms. The Ridgeway is a detached lodge housing an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area and a utility room. Appliances include a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, beer dispenser and for entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. The bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite bathroom and a twin with en-suite shower room. To the outside is an enclosed veranda with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Within 1 mile there is a shop, pub and beach and please note, two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, there is no smoking. Fuel, bed linen and towels are included in rent. The Ridgeway is a great escape to this part of Wales. Note: Steps up to the lodge, unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Guests have access to an on-site children's play area and woodland walks.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
