Appliances include a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and three Smart TVs. The bedrooms include a double with Smart TV and an en-suite shower, along with a twin with Smart TV and jack-and-jill access to a shower room. Outside there is a decking with furniture and hot tub. Within 1 mile there is a shop, pub and beach and please note, two pets are welcome but sorry, there is no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 20 Woodpecker Lodge is a wonderful place to call while exploring this part of Wales. Note: There are steps up to the lodge, unsuitable for those with limited mobility; please take care. Note: There is a stream running behind the lodge; please supervise children and pets. Note: A children's play area is available on-site for guest use.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
