This detached, period cottage rests on the outskirts of Harlech and can sleep seven people in four bedrooms. Llety Perygl is a beautifully presented, stone-built cottage resting within its own stunning gardens, on the outskirts of Harlech, North Wales. It boasts four bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite shower room, another king-size double, a single and a ground floor king-size double, sleeping seven guests altogether. There is also a bathroom, a ground floor cloakroom/utility, a kitchen, a utility, a dining room and a sitting room with oil fired woodburner-effect stove. Outside is off-road parking for one car, roadside parking for two cars on a first come, first served basis and a enclosed, hillside garden with lawned areas and a patio with a picnic bench. You also have access to a mature woodland owned by The Woodland Trust. Llety Perygl is a charming retreat to base your next coastal holiday.

Electric oven, induction hob, electric AGA range cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Smart TV with Freeview, Blu-ray DVD player, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Off-road parking for one car, roadside parking for two cars on a first come, first served basis. Private hillside gardens measuring over an acre, including an area of mature woodland. BBQ available. One well-behaved dog welcome (only allowed downstairs and not in bedrooms). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: This property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, there are 15 steps down to the cottage from the parking area and road.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
