There's an open-plan sitting room with electric fire,a kitchen/diner area with lots of seating options and patio doors offering countryside views and family bathroom. The property has a fenced garden with its own hot tubs and views of the neighbouring countryside and lake.2 Beacon View is perfect for a relaxing rural retreat in a superb location. Please Note: Although this property does accept short breaks outside of the school holidays, they must fall within Friday-Monday or Monday-Friday period.

Underfloor heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. FreeSat TV with separate DVD player, Wifi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Ample off road parking. Enclosed garden with hot tub. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub/restaurant and shop 5 miles. Check in time 4pm and Check out time 11am. Note: There are 3 steps to the bedroom. Please note that charging of electric cars is not permitted at this property. Please Note: Although this property does accept short breaks outside of the school holidays, they must fall within Friday-Monday or Monday-Friday period.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
