It boasts five bedrooms which are made up of two doubles with en-suites, a further double, a triple room with bunks and a single as well as a single room, there is also a family bathroom and a cloakroom, the property can sleep 10 people. Inside you will also find a kitchen with a breakfast table, as well as a dining room, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a conservatory and a snug. Externally, find ample off-road parking as well as 10 acres of grounds and woodland, and a private outdoor pool with a patio with furniture. Afon Morfa is a heart-warming, characterful cottage in an ideal situation for exploring North Wales.

Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Notes: Steps throughout ground floor. Note: This property has a private swimming pool and children must be accompanied at the pool at all times. Note: There is an unfenced waterfall to the side of the property so please take care with children, and they must be supervised at all times. Note: Dogs must be kept under close control as there is a public footpath which runs up the property drive, and no gate at the bottom of the drive to the road. This property has a £200.00 Good Housekeeping bond.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
