The property is perfect for couples and small families, with a double bedroom and a single bedroom with exposed beams and purlins on the second floor, along with a bathroom. On the first floor, the open plan living area houses a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a sitting area. There is an entrance hall on the ground floor with a woodburner-style electric fire, offering you a warm welcome, while outside, the rear, enclosed courtyard is a great spot for alfresco dining in the summer months. There is a parking space for a small-medium car in a garage and additional roadside parking on the street. Offering oodles of character and charm, the mill has sash windows and you can even view the remaining mill workings! There is lots to explore in the immediate area, from walking and cycling routes to castles and beautiful sandy beaches, making Bryn Meirion Bach a great base for uncovering the secrets and delights of North Wales.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
