4 The Terrace in Norton near Presteigne, sleeps three guests in two bedrooms. 4 The Terrace consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, and washing machine, a dining room, and a sitting room with TV, woodburning stove, and books. The bedrooms consist of a double and single with trundle. There is a bathroom with bath, handheld shower, walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside, there is a garden and off-road parking available. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.9 miles, pub 1.8 miles, river 0.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the price. A stay at 4 The Terrace promises to be one to remember. Note: Garden is separate from the property and accessed up a slope.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
