Pengeulan is a charming detached holiday home resting in Cemmaes, Powys sleeping four people in two bedrooms.  The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, and a first-floor living/dining room with seating for 4 and a TV. The bedrooms consist of a twin and a ground-floor king, there is an enclosed multi-level garden with gravelled area, patio and furniture and parking is available in the village nearby. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop and a pub. This property accepts one well-behaved pet, however please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack of logs, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Escape to the country with a stay at Pengeulan. Note: Property is accessed via a footpath passing in front of .a number of terraced properties.

Please note - photos of bathroom are not updated and there is no bath at this property.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
