All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x king size, 1 x twin, 1 x bunk room with cot bed. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen/Conservatory with seating and dining area. Open and spacious lounge with Bay window and Smart TV.

This modern bungalow rests on the fringes of Harlech and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Clyd Fan is a wonderfully appointed bungalow situated on the edges of Harlech, within the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. It comprises three bedrooms; a king size, a twin and a bunk room with a cot bed, sleeping six people altogether. The interior also includes a bathroom, kitchen, conservatory with seating and dining area and a living/dining room. Outside is off-road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with patio area and furniture. Clyd Fan offers a rejuvenating break in a stunning part of Wales. Note: The cot bed in the bunk room is only suitable for children under 5 years of age. There is also a TV and DVD plus toys in the bunk room. One small well-behaved dog welcome charged at £30 per stay, please be advised dogs are not permitted in the bedrooms or on the the furniture. Note: A £100 security deposit will be pre-authorised on your card when booking and payment is made. Please note: this property only accepts 3 night bookings as a minimum duration. Friday or Monday check in only for short stays

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. 3 x TV's in the property (2 x Smart with Netflix, 1x DVD player) with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own beach towels). Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio area and furniture. One small well-behaved dog welcome charged at £25 per stay, please be advised dogs are not permitted in the bedrooms or on the furniture and are also not to be left unattended in the bungalow. No smoking. Shops, pubs, and restaurants 0.1 miles. Harlech Castle 5 mins walk, beach and St.Davids golf course 1.9 miles. Note: The cot bed in the bunk room is only suitable for children under 5 years of age. There is also a TV and DVD plus toys in the bunk room. Note: Storage space for bike upon request to the owner.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
