Pod 2, Llanegryn near Tywyn, Gwynedd, sleeps two guests in one bedroom.  Pod 2 consists of a studio-style layout with a double bed, a kitchen with electric combi microwave/oven, electric hob, kettle, toaster, a dining space for two and a sitting area with Smart TV, bluetooth speakers and sofa bed. Underfloor heating throughout the pod. Outside there is a non-enclosed front decking with furniture. Fire pit is available on request and can only be used outside the decking area. Off-road parking for one car. Within 5 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub, and please note this is a smoke-free and pet-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent. Escape to the countryside of Gwynedd with a romantic break at Pod 2. Note: Additional sleeping on sofa bed, however this is only for use of children as this property sleeps a maximum of two adults. Note: Short walk to property with trolly for suitcases provided. Note: Located next to working farm.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
