Pestbury House is a spacious, detached house resting in Wern near Llandrinio, Powys and can sleep 12 people in six bedrooms. There are six bedrooms, including a ground-floor double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, a ground-floor double, ground-for family room with double, bunk and walk-in wardrobe and three doubles. On the ground floor sits a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, whilst upstairs a family bathroom has a free standing bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. An open-plan living space hosts a kitchen, dining and sitting area with woodburning stove, with a neighbouring utility and sitting room with woodburning stove. Heating is oil and the kitchen has a range cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, whilst the utility has a tumble dryer and dishwasher. For entertainment, there is a TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Highchair and travel cot available on request. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
