Second Property (Name TBC) is a wonderful lodge resting on a quaint holiday park in Borth, Ceredigion and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a Gas oven and hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dining seating for six and a sitting room with TV and sofa bed. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with an en-suite bathroom and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is enclosed decking with seating and parking available. On-site you will find a pub, restaurant and shop, as well as a good selection of on-site facilities, including a heated swimming pool, adventure playground, multi-sports court, arcades and launderette, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. There is a sofa bed in the living area that can accommodate two additional guests. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
