This detached, Grade II listed barn conversion is close to the village of Llanyblodwel and can sleep ten people in five bedrooms.  The Coach House is a detached barn conversion on the owner's smallholding, close to the village of Llanyblodwel and just six miles from Oswestry. The cottage sleeps ten people in two king-size double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower, two twin rooms with the flexibility of being zipped into super king-size beds, along with one ground floor twin with an en-suite wet room and a separate shower room on the first floor. Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room with a woodburner and a boot room. There is ample off road parking outside, an 18-seater Grillkota barbecue hut, plus a wood-fired hot and cedar barrel sauna. Situated in the Tanat Valley, The Coach House is a lovely family holiday home from which to explore this beautiful part of the country. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome. Note: We are unable to accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests.

Note: Wheelchair ramp in property. Note: Property is accessed via a short steep lane. Note: The owner has stables for up to 6 horses, a ménage and riding out facilities, please contact owner for more details. Note: The wood-fired hot tub takes approx 4 hours and sauna 2 hours to reach the optimum temperature. Note: owner keeps dogs on site. Note: WIFI is intermittent at the property. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
