The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom and one twin room (zip-link, can be king-size double on request), both with en-suite bathrooms. On the first floor is an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburner. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a raised veranda with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Perfect for walking and mountain biking, Hendre Cottage is a superb holiday home in a stunning part of the country.

The cottage has a Smart TV/ WiFi, hairdryer, electric double oven and hob, microwave, integrated fridge, dishwasher and oil central heating which is included in the rental. Bed linen and towels are included in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Secure bike storage. Sorry NO pets or smoking in the cottage. Village shop 2 miles away. There is no electric car charge point but guests can charge their car at a fee of £20 per charge if guests have their own adapter ,there are many local facilities where car charging ie Coed Y Brenin forest Park (2 miles away which is free if you use the park). As the cottage has a spiral staircase accessing the found floor bedrooms to the first floor living area which makes it unsuitable for infants under 3 or guests with mobility issues. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
