Highchair and travel cot available. Front enclosed terrace with furniture, and roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Three well-behaved dogs welcome (10 GBP per pet, per stay). Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. Shop and pub 0.2 miles. Barmouth property is an idyllic coastal escape. Note: Property has no parking, there is road-side parking and also a train station nearby. Note: Property is on an elevated position. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping bond of 450 GBP. Please note, if parking in the town, it takes 5-10 mintue to reach the property but the hill is very steep and it is not suitable for people with mobility issues. Note: There is a 4 day minimum stay. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
