Maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children. B  Bron Aber is a lovely, detached ground floor cottage set in the village of Arthog in the Snowdonia National Park. With three bedrooms, including one double, one twin and one adult bunks room, this cottage can sleep six people. There's also a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a woodburner and a fantastic feature window. Outside, there is off road parking for three cars, garage storage for bikes and canoes, along with a sloping lawned garden with a patio, garden furniture and a BBQ. Bron Aber sits in a fantastic, elevated position with stunning views across the Mawddach Estuary, is surrounded by the beautiful Snowdonia National Park, and is just a few miles from the coast. A perfect base in North Wales, with plenty of things to keep the whole family entertained nearby.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, Bunk beds only suitable for children up to the age of 16. WiFi, selection of children’s DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent, additional wood available to purchase from owner. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Garage for bikes, canoes etc. Private sloping lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 4 miles. Note: Small pond and stream in garden, children and pets to be supervised.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
