This terraced cottage is located in the seaside town of Aberdovey and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Ty Gwyn is a terraced cottage close to the centre of the seaside village of Aberdovey in Mid Wales. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, one twin room and a shower room. On the ground floor is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside is a small courtyard with outdoor furniture. Just a five minute walk from the beach, Ty Gwyn is a lovely seaside holiday home for a family holiday in beautiful Mid Wales.

Small enclosed courtyard with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 2 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: The stairs to the first floor are steep, stairgate in place. Note: The property is close to a local railway line which has approximately 2 trains per hour.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
