Melbourne House is a wonderful end-terrace cottage resting in Aberaeron, Ceredigion and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Shower room on the ground floor with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Kitchen with oven and hob, fridge, and microwave which are all electric. There is a living/dining room with woodburning stove. Heating is provided by electric panels. For entertainment there is a TV with Freeview, DVD player, and WIFI. Fuel, electricity, and a starter kit for the stove are all included in the rent. Ben linen and towels are included in the rent. On-street parking is available. Furniture in the back courtyard. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. The beach is 0.3 miles away, and there is a shop and a pub within 0.2 miles. Please keep in mind that the property's stairs may be inaccessible to those with limited mobility. Melbourne Cottage is a delightful dwelling for a coastal getaway with loved ones.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
