The Yellow House in Withernsea, East Yorkshire can sleep ten in four bedrooms.  The living spaces include a kitchen housing an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, a dining room, a sitting room and a games room with table football and air hockey. The bedrooms include a king-size, a family room with double and bunk, a double bunk and a single, serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is a garden with hot tub, barbecue and furniture and parking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Two pets are welcome but sorry, this is a smoke-free property. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. Roadside parking. You can find a shop and pub in 0.1 miles and there is a beach in 0.3 miles. Escape to The Yellow House for a delightful retreat to Yorkshire.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
