This bungalow is situated in the village of Withernsea, near Kingston upon Hull, and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. Please note that a neighbouring property may be building an extension from summer 2021. There would be no visual impact but there Seaspray is a heart-warming cottage located in the village of Withernsea, Yorkshire. Hosting three bedrooms; a king-size with en-suite, and two doubles, along with a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to five people. Inside you will also find a kitchen, dining room, sitting room with electric fire, and a conservatory. To the outside is off-road parking, and an enclosed lawned garden to the rear. Resting in a lovely location with pleasant views, Seaspray is a comfortable retreat in a charming part of England.

Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking. Enclosed lawned garden to the rear. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins and pub 2 mins walk. Please note that coastal protection work is taking place where rocks are being moved against the cliff - this can be seen and sometimes heard from the garden and will continue when the tide is out until late September 2020.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
