Hallstead rests in Skegness and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.  This property consists of a kitchen with an electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a utility with a tumble dryer and a living/dining room with Smart TV, PlayStation 5, selection of games and dining seating for six. There is also a conservatory, an external games room with multi games table and an external sauna, which you have to pay for. The bedrooms consist of two super-king-size bedrooms with Smart TV, (one is zip/link) and a bunk bedroom, which can be a triple bunk, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a large garden with a play area, a hot tub, furniture, a zip wire, barbecue and off-road parking for one car. This property is pet-friendly; however, smoking is not permitted. There is a highchair and travel cot available on request. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop, within 0.7 miles, a pub and within 0.6 miles, a beach. Hallstead makes a gorgeous base for a coastal getaway.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
