Rose Cottage is a wonderful semi-detached property based in Skegness, Lincolnshire and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. The living areas include a kitchen housing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and a living/dining room with TV and dining for six. Each bedroom includes a TV and comprise of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twins on request), double and a single, along with a bathroom. To the outside is an enclosed garden patio with a covered seating area and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop, 0.5 miles a pub and 0.7 miles, a beach. Travel cot and highchair available. Two pets are welcome however smoking is not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Rose Cottage is a splendid getaway for all the family, whatever time of year.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
