The Seaside Retreat in Sutton-on-Sea, can sleep six people in three bedrooms. The Seaside Retreat consists of a kitchen/diner with dining seating for six, a TV, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a sitting room with a TV. There are three bedrooms, including a king-size with a TV and en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, a king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, furniture and shed, off-road parking for one car and further unrestricted roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Guests can find a shop and pub in 0.2 miles, and within 0.3 miles, a beach. The Seaside Retreat makes for a wonderful coastal escape for six in Sutton-on-Sea. Note: The twin beds only have access on one side. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
