Swallow’s Nest in Redbourne, Lincolnshire, sleeps two in one bedroom. Swallow’s Nest is a single-storey cottage consisting of a kitchen and a living/dining room. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, woodburning stove and Smart TV. There is one double bedroom serviced by a shower room and cloakroom. To the outside is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.5 miles there is a shop and within 0.3 miles there is a pub and please note, two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Escape to Swallow’s Nest for a wonderful retreat to Lincolnshire. Barbecue and utensils.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
