The Sir Peter Scott Lighthouse in Sutton Bridge, sleeps eight in four rooms. The living areas of this unique, working lighthouse includes a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining room, a sitting room with TV and woodburner, and a games room. The bedrooms consist of a lower-ground-floor king-size with en-suite shower, a ground-floor double, and two ground-floor twins, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, are enclosed grounds, an enclosed front garden, and private parking for four cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburner, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: The twin bedroom and games room/studio are accessed via the ground-floor double. Note: There is a wildlife conservation area on the property with two ponds, access is not included; please do not disturb the local wildlife, dogs must be kept away. This is a working lighthouse. There are steep steps leading up to the bedrooms.The payment for the EV charger is by the 'Monta' payment app.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
