Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, woodburning stove, and for entertainment there is a football table, dart board, board games, floor standing connect 4, Smart TV and WiFi. The bedrooms include two doubles, served by a shower room with walk-in shower. Outside there is a private outdoor space and off-road parking for three cars. Within 3.1 miles or less there is a shop and pub. Pets are allowed but please note, there is no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. There may be lorries leaving the yard early in the morning and returning early evening and due to the seasonal nature of farming there will be agricultural vehicles and machinery working close by carrying out various work throughout the year. Please Note: The property is situated close to Greenfield Dirt Track. An off road facility that opens 20 days per year. Various events are held there throughout the year including two rounds of the DTRA Championship which are both full weekend events. There are also various training schools and practice days held there. The sound of the motorcycle engines can be heard from Red Brick Cottage. Dates and times can be found online and will be restricted to any given dates and times, for example, if you hear bikes riding on a Saturday afternoon this will not continue throughout the week. Some events have catering and a bar and spectators can watch free of charge. The track is owned and run by the owner of Red Brick Cottage and the farm.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
