Property is over three floors with seven bedrooms over two floors. Bedroom 1: first-floor super-king-size bed (zip/link, can be twin on request) with TV and en-suite with walk-in shower, double basin and WC. Bedroom 2: first-floor with bunk beds. Bedroom 3: first-floor 4'6 double with sofa bed. Bedroom 4: first-floor 4'6 double. Bedroom 5: second-floor 4'6 double with 6’6 length. Bedroom 6: second-floor family room with bunk beds, a single bed and a pull out single trundle bed (to sleep up to four children). Bedroom 7: second-floor family room with 4'6 double and single. On the Ground floor the office can have a single bed placed in it on request. Note: The sofa bed and an additional put-up bed in the downstairs office can sleep up to three extra guests, without the use of the sofa bed or put-up bed, the property sleeps 17 plus cot. First-floor bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Second-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. 2 x cloakrooms with basin and WC. Kitchen with AGA and walk-in pantry. Table tennis room. Family room. Dining room. Sitting room with open fire.
The Lodge rests in Grantham, Lincolnshire, sleeping seventeen in seven bedrooms. The living areas in the detached house consist of a kitchen with AGA, double electric ovens, induction hob, a steamer oven, combi microwave/oven, three fridges, dishwasher, a utility with a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, a sitting room with a TV, open fire, a dining room with seating for 18 people, a selection of books, a living/dining room with a TV, dining seating for 6 people, and a pool table. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), with en-suite shower room, a double with sofa bed, a double and a bunk, plus a second-floor double, a triple room with extra sofa bed, and a family room with double and a single, along with a bathroom, separate walk-in shower, second-floor cloakroom with separate walk-in shower and a cloakroom. Outside, there is a one-acre rear garden with hot tub and child's play area, along with off-road parking for 10 cars. Shop, 0.4 miles, pub 1.1 miles. Well-behaved pets welcomed. No smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for the fire, bed linen and towels included. Choose The Lodge for an opulent stay in Lincolnshire. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
