The Coach House rests in Burton Coggles and can sleep six people. Note; Commercial/business bookings would need owner agreement, please understand that Sykes would still need to obtain owner agreement for any commercial booking. The Coach House has a kitchen diner with electric oven and hob, AGA cooker, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, dining seating and a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove and a utility with a washing machine. 1 x double, 1 x family room with double and single, a room with 2 x singles (zip/link). There is a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, is a shared garden with furniture, a heated pool and off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. In 1.6 miles there is a shop and 0.2 miles, a pub. The Coach House is a lovely base for exploring Lincolnshire. Note: Outdoor pool available May to September (Contact Sykes to confirm) has no lifeguard, heating takes 48 hours plus charge of 200 GBP & weather may affect temperature. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
