The Coach House rests in Burton Coggles and can sleep nine people. There is a kitchen diner with electric oven and hob, AGA cooker, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, dining seating for nine people and a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove. There is also a utility with a washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and two family rooms, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is a shared garden with furniture, a heated pool and off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, this is is a pet-free, non-smoking property. Within 1.6 miles there is a shop and within 0.2 miles, a pub. The Coach House is a stunning base for exploring the Lincolnshire countryside. Please note: Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is 10am. Guests should use the pool at their own rise as their are no lifeguards. Due to the beds, this property is only suitable for 7 adults and 2 children.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
