This semi-detached farmhouse rests in Burgh Le Marsh in Lincolnshire and can sleep 12 people in five bedrooms. The Farmhouse is a beautiful 200-year-old property, wonderfully restored and decorated resting in the town of Burgh Le Marsh in Lincolnshire. Hosting five bedrooms including a second-floor family room with two singles and a king-size, two doubles and a double with an en-suite shower room, and a further double with an en-suite bathroom, along with a second-floor bathroom, and a first-floor bathroom, this property can sleep up to twelve guests. There is a also a kitchen/diner, a utility, a cloakroom, a dining room, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a snug area with an open fire and an orangery. To the outside there is an enclosed lawned garden with seating and an outhouse holding a hot tub. There is plenty of parking up the private driveway for several cars. The Farmhouse makes for a fabulous location to enjoy a wonderful family holiday in the north east. Two well-behaved dogs welcome - not to be left unattended and a charge of £30 per dog payable in cash upon arrival.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
