It comes with two bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, together sleeping up to four people. On the first-floor you will find a cloakroom, whilst the ground-floor houses a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a sitting/dining and a kitchen. Outside, there is a private courtyard and off-road parking, as well as shared used of a BBQ and garden furniture. Barn Owl is a superb base for exploring this wonderful part of the country.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. High chair and cot available on request. Off-road parking. Private courtyard to the front, shared use of barbecue and furniture. On-site fishing lake, exclusive to Canal Farm Cottages. Sorry, no smoking. Two pets welcome. Shop within 4.5 miles, pub within 4.6 miles.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
