It has seven bedrooms, including two super-king-size zip/link with en-suite shower room, a king-size with sofa bed and en-suite shower room, a king-size with pull-out stacker bed and en-suite shower room, a king-size and a family room with super-king-size zip/link, a single and a sofa bed, there is also a bathroom, two shower rooms and a cloakroom, the property can sleep up to eighteen people. Also inside there is a kitchen, dining room, snug room with a woodburning stove, a sitting room with a multi-fuel stove, a leisure suite and a yoga area. To the outside there is off road parking for ten cars, lawned areas and three patios with furniture and a charcoal barbecue. High Fellside Hall is a fantastic property in a great rural location. Please note: Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at this property; if electric charging is detected a charge of £100 will be deducted from the good housekeeping bond. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
