The Bothy in Rivington, Lancashire can sleep two guests in one bedroom. The Bothy, a single-storey annexe, consists of a kitchen/diner with dining seating for one, fridge, microwave, 2-ring electric hob, kettle, as well as a woodburning stove. The bedroom is a double. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, WC, and portable sink. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a private non-enclosed front garden with patio, furniture, shared non-enclosed rear garden with lawn and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.7 miles, and pub in 0.8 miles. Enjoy a refreshing break with your loved one at The Bothy. Note: There is just cold water from the tap - hot water is available from the kettle in the main room or the electric shower. This is a peaceful family area, so guests are requested to keep noise to a minimum.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
