The Glasshouse rests in Mellor and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  There is an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven, steam over, induction hob, combi microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, wine chiller, dining seating for six and a sitting area with gas fire and TV. The bedrooms consist of two doubles with en-suites. Outside, there is a rear garden with furniture and off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, smoking is not permitted. The Glasshouse is a beautiful base for exploring Lancashire. Note: Property accepts Monday or Friday check-in days only. NOTE: Bookings must be for at least 3 nights and must commence on either a Friday or Monday

Central heating with gas fire. Electric oven, steam oven, electric hob, combi oven/microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee maker. Highchair and travel cot available. Stairgate at foot of stairs. TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (Please note: there is a £25 charge per pet, per week). Additional dogs may be welcome on request only. Bed linen and rent inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Rear garden with lawned area, patio, furniture and swing chair. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.6 miles, pub 0.3 miles. Note: Property accepts Monday or Friday check-in days only

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
