There is kitchen with a gas range cooker, microwave, wine chiller, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a living/dining room with a Smart TV, Freeview, DVD, PS4 and games, Sonos Sound System, selection of books, games and DVDs, a pool table, and a woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking for four cars and an enclosed garden with a hot tub, furniture, barbecue and a fire pit. A travel cot, highchair and starter pack for the woodburning stove can be provided on request, but please note the starter pack is an additional fee of £10. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and Superfast WiFi are included in the price. A shop can be found within 7.5 miles and a pub within 1,5 miles. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
