This superb cottage rests in Gargrave and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Lock View is a superb property resting within the village of Gargrave. It comes with two bedrooms, comprising of a ground-floor super-king-bed with freestanding bath and en-suite shower, basin and WC and a super-king-size bed (zip/link can be made into twins on request) with freestanding bath and en-suite shower, basin and WC, together sleeping up to four people. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner, a utility and a first-floor sitting room with an electric fire. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars, a Juliet balcony and a patio area with furniture, a hot tub and a sauna. Lock View is a wonderful retreat for exploring the delights of the Yorkshire Dales.

Gas central heating throughout, with electric fire on first floor. Electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, 3 x TVs one with Sky and Sky Sports package, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. One well behaved pet. Enclosed patio area with table and chairs, hot tub and sauna. Juliet balcony. No smoking. Pub and Shop 5 minute walk. Note: Property next to the Leeds and Liverpool Canal, children to be supervised at all times. Note: The hot tub is for use between the hours of 8am and 9pm, after which time it will automatically turn off. This is to show consideration to the neighbours and maintain the peaceful surroundings. Note: This property only accepts Monday or Friday changeovers only.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
