The Annex rests in Brigham, Cumbria and can sleep two guests in one bedroom. The Annex, a reverse-level annexe, consists of a first-floor kitchen with an electric oven, hob, fridge, kettle, and toaster, a first-floor living/dining room with dining seating for four, Smart TV, and double opening doors to a balcony with furniture. The bedroom is a ground-floor double, serviced by a cloakroom with a basin and WC. There is a first-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Guests can find a shop in 1.5 miles, and a pub in 1.4 miles. Find your perfect escape at The Annex. Note: The property has a shared entrance with the owner's house next door. Note: The double bed can only be accessed by one side. Note: The property will be decorated for Christmas. Please note that the area is used by both the annexe and the main house, although quite often the owners are away.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
