Detached lodge at Limefitt Park, Troutbeck Valley 4 miles from Windermere, sleeps six, hot tub, dog friendly. 

Electric heating. Gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Smart TV, TV in second bedroom, decking with outdoor furniture. Hot Tub - please note, use of hot tub is between 10am and 10pm only. WiFi provided by Limefitt Park. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring any leisure towels). Parking for two cars. Two pets welcome. Please note that the charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at this lodge, the nearest charging point can be found at Booths Supermarket in Windermere. Sorry no smoking. Pub and Bar on site. Access to the local leisure facilities is complimentary and can be withdrawn at any time without financial penalty, we as the letting agent or the property owner cannot be held responsible for this provision in service, as it’s subject to third-party provider located off site. Please note that the parks facilities are always subject to availability, and may be closed without notice, including over the Christmas and new year period. For the avoidance of doubt before booking, contact Park Dean Resorts about any communal site facilities you may wish to use. LDLH and the property owners cannot be held responsible for any site facilities that may be unavailable during your stay.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
