The Wodge in Troutbeck Bridge, Cumbria sleeps six guests in three bedrooms The areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine cooler, washer/dryer and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six and a sitting area with a Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with Smart TV and en-suite shower room, and two twins, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a wrap around decking area with furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 1.1 miles you will find a pub, and within 1 mile, a shop, and please note that one well-behaved dog is allowed, but sorry no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Wodge is the perfect setting to relish a family getaway to Cumbria. Note: There are steps to exterior of property. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
