Hill Top Lodge in Troutbeck Bridge, Cumbria, sleeps four in two bedrooms. The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric fire, and TV. The bedrooms have TVs and include a double with en-suite, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed veranda with furniture and a hot tub, and off-road parking for two cars. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. You'll find a shop in 0.5 miles, a pub on-site, and Lake Windermere in 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Bosun's Lodge is a wonderful base for a family escape to Cumbria. Note: There are steps to the exterior of the home. Note: The hot tub is only available between 10am-10pm. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
