Detached modern lodge at Limefitt Park, Troutbeck four miles from Windermere. Sleeps four, two pets welcome. Onsite facilities.

Hot Tub - to be used between 10am and 10pm only. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels incl in rent (please bring own leisure towels), Parking for two cars. Two dogs welcome, additional dogs can be arranged by calling to confirm. Please note, charging of electric vehicles is not permitted in this lodge, The nearest charging point can be found at Booths Supermarket in Windermere. Complimentary WiFi is provided by the park and subject to fair usage guidelines, Quality and reliability of connection will vary based on the number of people using it, prevailing weather conditions and therefore may be limited or slower than you are used to, WiFi is for personal use only and is not intended for high data usage, gaming and/or use for business purposes, This is only suitable for page browsing and sending emails, Bookings cannot be accepted if they are solely reliant on the provision of uninterrupted and unlimited Wi-Fi, We are not held responsible or liable for the WiFi on the park. If you encounter any issues with the WiFi, please contact Limefitt Park reception. Access to the local leisure facilities is complimentary and can be withdrawn at any time without financial penalty, we as the letting agent or the property owner cannot be held responsible for this provision in service, as it’s subject to third-party provider located off site. Please note that the parks facilities are always subject to availability, and may be closed without notice, including over the Christmas and new year period, For the avoidance of doubt before booking, contact Park Dean Resorts about any communal site facilities you may wish to use, LDLH and the property owners cannot be held responsible for any site facilities that may be unavailable during your stay.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
