32 Grasmere rests in Troutbeck Bridge and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  This single-storey property has an open-plan living space with a kitchen area with gas cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for four and a sitting area with Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with a TV and en-suite and a twin bedroom with TV, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a wraparound decking with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, smoking is not accepted. Within 0.5 miles there is a shop and within 0.1 miles, a pub. There are on site-facilities, including a bar/restaurant, swimming pool, entrainment area and a spa. 32 Grasmere is a stunning base to enjoy the delights of Cumbria.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
