Lakeside 7 is a stylish, single-storey lodge resting in Troutbeck Bridge, Cumbria and can sleep six guests in three bedrooms.  The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer, a dining room with seating for six, a sitting room with electric fire and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a decking area with furniture looking over the lake and private parking for one car. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets and no smoking permitted at the property. Within 1 mile there is a shop and within 1.1 miles, a pub. Lakeside 7 is a spectacular holiday home, perfect for a family looking for a blissful escape.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
