This semi-detached cottage is located close to the village of Windermere and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.  48 Oak Street is an end-terrace cottage close to the village of Windermere and just five miles from Ambleside. Set over four floors, the cottage sleeps eight people and has two king-size double bedrooms and two twins, along with a family bathroom and a separate shower room, together with two cloakrooms. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with arch to a dining room and two sitting rooms. Outside is roadside parking for one car and additional parking in nearby car park, along with an enclosed yard with furniture. Situated in the heart of the Lake District, 48 Oak Street is a lovely family cottage from which to explore this beautiful part of the country.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome (on ground and lower ground floors only). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 min walk, pub 3 mins walk. Note: The neighbouring property has access once a week to the yard only for emptying their bins.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
