The bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite shower and TV and two twins with TVs, serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars and a decked terrace with furniture. On-site there is a shop and pub. This lodge will accept two pets but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Escape to the Lakelands with a stay at 8 Waterside Wood. Note: Although all ground floor, the property is accessed via 4 steps and there is no ramp access. Note: The property is located next to a stream and children should be supervised at all times, although the decking area is safe and secure with lockable gates. WiFi available on-site. Note: Due to the site's rural location, mobile phone coverage and WiFi signal can be intermittent. Note: At check-in guests will be provided with a barrier pass number to use in the barrier key pad providing vehicular access to the park. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
