The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite, and two twins, along with a shower room. Outside there is a wrap-around decked veranda with furniture, a private hot tub for guests to enjoy all year round, and a private driveway for one car. Two well-behaved small dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 1 mile, a pub on-site, and Lake Windermere in 0.6 miles. 25 Thirlmere is a wonderful base for a family looking to explore Cumbria. Note: The veranda is not enclosed. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
