Four bedrooms: 1x king size double, 1x double, 2 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. Shower room with shower cubicle, WC, and basin. Dining room. Sitting room with wood-burning stove. Utility with washing machine and very small fridge-freezer. Kitchen with breakfast bar.

This lovely farmhouse is converted and has modern amenities and a wood burning stove, located in the village of Newby Bridge a short drive from Windermere in the Lake District National Park and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. This converted farmhouse offers comfortable accommodation for up to eight people across two floors. Situated within a short drive of Lake Windemere and walking distance of an excellent local pub, visitors will be able to take advantage of the outdoor pursuits and activities for which the Lake District has become renowned. Inside the cottage, you'll find all the modern facilities you would expect and extra touches such as a wood burning stove. Parking is available at Town End Farmhouse.

Electric oven and hob, fridge with icebox, very small fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Oil central heating. TV with Free Sat, CD player, DVD player and IPod Player. Fuel, power and a starter supply of logs included in rent. Towels and bed linen included in rent. Cot and highchair available. Private parking available. Garden with seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub and shop within 2 miles. The pub is connected to the Swan Hotel, there is also the bar in the Newby Bridge Hotel. Small supermarket is located within the local petrol station at Newby Bridge.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
