Highfield Lodge in Troutbeck, Cumbria, can sleep six people in three bedrooms. The living areas in this single-storey property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining and living room, along with a laundry/utility area. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and a Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of one king-size with en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms, along with a bathroom. Outside there is enclosed front decking with table and chairs, and off-road parking for one car. Within 2.4 miles you will find a shop and within 0.1 miles, a pub and please note, one well-behaved dog is welcome however this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highfield Lodge is a fabulous property for a memorable trip to Cumbria. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: There are steps leading up to this property that may be unsuitable for those with mobility issues.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
